Please inspect your purchase immediately upon delivery. If there is a problem with your order, or it has been damaged in transit, contact us at info@shopdesseinparke.co within three (3) days of receipt. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, we will work with you to make things right.
The following are final sale, and not eligible for refunds or exchanges: custom orders, sale items, lighting with custom wiring
Refunds will be returned in the form of the original payment.
Lighting must be returned in any original packaging, packed exactly as it was shipped, otherwise returns will not be accepted. Installed, customised, or rewired lighting is not eligible for return.
You will be responsible for return shipping and delivery charges. A traceable return shipping method is required (Courier, Fedex, Smartmove etc). Returns must be received in original condition and in the original packaging within 30 days. Shipping and Delivery Service charges are not refundable.
To make a return, contact our customer service team at info@shopdesseinparke.co. You must include your order number, prepay the postage, and insure each package.
Vintage items: Our vintage items are always in great condition and well restored where required, but we must not forget that it is vintage. Over the years it has been used and loved and thus is not in brand new condition or perfect. This is the magic of antiques and vintage. Only buy it if you share this philosophy with your heart.
