Standard New Zealand orders - In-stock items normally ship within 5-7 business days after an order has been placed. We always ship using tracking so you know where your parcel is. Once an item has shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Furniture & Lighting Shipping
We ship furniture and lighting orders nationwide within New Zealand. These are either shipped with a selected courier or fragile freight carrier, with the pricing dependent on the location, size and weight of the item/s. The total freight will be calculated at checkout for your order.
We offer free collection from our Auckland Warehouse in Grey Lynn on Monday-Friday.
Delivery time will vary depending on the location and size of the product, ranging from 1-2 days to 1-2 weeks. In stock items will be dispatched within two working days. For made to order or import products, we will contact you near completion or arrival to arrange delivery.
For items with our Fragile Freight carriers, Auckland deliveries include placement inside your home and outside of Auckland is a door to door service.
For rural and low service locations or difficult access we reserve the right to charge extra for freight. Please contact us if you would like a quote or have any questions.
International orders - Shipping and delivery times may vary depending on where you are in the world. We always ship using tracking so you know where your parcel is. Our couriers aim for a 1-3 week delivery. Once an item has shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Duties & Taxes on International Orders
Title for merchandise shipped internationally will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. When ordering from Shop Dessein Parke, you are considered the “importer of record” and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Depending on the destination you may have to pay additional taxes or import duties. Shop Dessein Parke will not be held responsible for any additional taxes or duties incurred by your country.
